Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens whenever it wants to, and sometimes it's out of our control. In case you run into one of these moments before one of our events, here are things to consider:

We require a 50% deposit upon all private bookings, this is because all private events require extra time and effort on our part and we need to be compensated for that time. However, we are pretty cool with rescheduling. Cancellations must be made 48 hrs in advance for your group or our event, and if this is the case, we will reschedule. It's not a problem for us, however, we do not provide refunds on deposits. If you wish to terminate your contract with us, we still won't provide a refund on the deposit, but we wish to know how we can change your mind on keeping your event. What went wrong? Please talk to us, we are all ears.

If a super emergency occurs within 48 hours of your booking, we're open to reschedule. If we haven't incurred any financial losses for your booking, no penalties will be billed.

If you've bought a ticket for a public event and wish to cancel:

Tickets for public events are non-refundable. You may give your ticket to a friend or we can happily hold your ticket for another event, if given 48 hrs notice. Just give us a call, and we'll see what we can do. We may be able to accommodate a single person, but you have to understand that if an entire group of 6 wants to cancel 1 day before a sold out event, then we're put in a bad position. We'll do our best to balance it out and accommodate all parties involved, but as a general policy, no monetary refunds are given.

Ethical Standards and Practices

We are constantly mindful of making the best decisions for our planet, both socially and environmentally because we care about being responsible humans in the way that we share our passion.

We are proud to say that we have leading green practices, first in the Paint n' Sip industry. Here's what we are doing:

Paint- We buy most of our paint made in Canada and the USA. This is great news because Canada and the US has strict quality control so you can be rest assured that our paint is toxic-free and void of contaminants. And our purchases help families make a living in conditions that are safe.

Cups- We refuse to buy throw-away plastic cups. And so,

we found the perfect reusable cups, stainless steel cups!

Not only are these hardy and will last forever, they also

look fancy and are lightweight, perfect for our artists. And

if and when we need to retire them, the steel will be

recyclable.

Giving back- We love giving back to our community, it's an

essential part of being responsible business owners. While

we're working on our own non-profit (which isn't ready yet),

we're giving great rates for schools and non-profit

organizations. Please check back with us later to see what

we're up to in giving back.

If you have any ideas in other ways that we can be green and helpful, please let us know! We're always open to new ideas.
